All the info you need to feel comfortable before you come to your first class with us.
🌟 Our fully equipped yoga studio has mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, eye masks, and blankets.
🌟 If you prefer you can bring your own mat and bottle.
🌟 We have a cloakroom, WC and water available if you wish a drink after class. Please avoid eating before class for your comfort.
🌟 We close the reception door when the class starts to ensure the security of students belonging so there is no access once the class has started.Please arrive a few minutes early to guarantee reaching Nirvana.
🌟 All Classes to try to ensure an enjoyable experience for all attendees, meaning most classes should be achievable no matter your experience and skill level.
